Projects are an important part of our work. We undertake a variety of projects with the goal of Empowering Seniors Through Affordable Technology. Projects range from lobbying politicians for affordable Tech programs to working with hardware vendors to develop "Seniors Ready" technologies.
Projects are funded by donations, patrons and and sponsors. Projects can be dedicated to the memory of your loved ones. Our projects are usually named after our native flora and fauna, but sometimes donors will ask us for a meaningful name in memory of family or friends. Donors receive regular project updates and a plaque to show our appreciation for their continued support.
Please contact us if you would like to sponsor or dedicate a project.

| Project Begonia | "All-in-One" Seniors' PC's Package There is a need for a cost-effective "All-in-One" computer solution for seniors, combining the computer, modem and WiFi in a single unit. The unit would be pre-configured prior to shipping, so it would truly be plug-and-play. | In memory of the late Don Robinson (1930 - 2018) & Rose Robinson (1932 - 2019) Inala Qld. |
| Project Kookaburra | Loan PC's Since PC's can be vital to complete some seniors' Centrelink reporting obligations, we maintain a pool of loan computers to provide temporary assistance following a break-down. Funding is needed to purchase a further 2 PC's as loan machines & 2 Office PC's to support our remotely connected assistance to Seniors program. Loan PC's can be labelled with the sponsor's name if desired. Funding Needed: $4,500 | Sponsor Needed |
| Project Banksia | Low Cost Internet Whilst the cost of NBN internet is an issue for many seniors, due to either location or housing situations, some seniors are forced to use mobile data in order to stay connected. Mobile data can cost 10 times more than standard fixed NBN, so we are working with several Internet Service Providers to offer a more "senior-friendly" mobile data plan. | Pilot-Pak pty ltd Banksia Beach Bribie Island Qld |
| Project Jacaranda | 2026 Cyber Seminars Series of Regional Seminars "How to spot scams and phishing emails" and "How to stay safe in Social Media " | Simpson Rural Engineering & The Simpson Family Grafton NSW |
