You don't need to be on a support plan to ask us for assistance. Even if you are not on a support plan, our fees are nominal as all of our staff are volunteers.

Sure, we always welcome the opportunity to share our knowledge, just tell us if there is a particular area of technology that your group has an interest in.
If we don't happen to have a presenter available in your area, we will also be producing webinars recording our future lectures for anyone who can't attend in person.

We can offer low-cost support due to two factors- 1/ Our staff are all volunteers and 2/ We rely on donations and sponsor funding. We will always try to keep our charges to the absolute minimum. Sources of subsidies may come from NDIS, My Aged Care, and Donations / bequeathments from the public.
Sometimes, providing there is no conflict of interest, we will take on commercial I.T. consultancy projects, with any income from this being used to fund our core services.
End-of-support for Windows 10 means Microsoft will no longer provide free security updates, bug fixes, or technical support for the operating system after October 14, 2025.
